My Daughter’s Senior Portrait

My daughter loves math, science and astronomy. This is her senior year in high school. I had this idea in my head of how I wanted to photograph her and then add some digital “space” to her portrait. I finally got the chance to take her portraits in February. It was a very fun photo shoot with makeup by Carolyn Simon. I just love how it turned out! I can’t believe she will be graduating in just a few months. –Janell

Jewelry Workshop at Pasadena Central Library

I was back at Pasadena Central Library (One of my Favorite places!) teaching a jewelry workshop for teens in their brand new Teen Center. It is beautiful with cool skylights, cafe tables and lots of space to hang out. You should see their collection of graphic novels! If you visit the library, be sure to head up to the top floor to check it out.
