“SIREN” is the mermaid painting I just finished. She is part of my Musical Mermaid series. I added the gold highlights as they seemed to fit her regal pose.

The painting is acrylic on canvas and is 14″ x 11.”

I did this to compare the difference in the backgrounds. I wanted a much more dramatic background once I had painted her face and expression.
